HubMail provides email infrastructure, including mailbox management and API-based email delivery. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. HubMail cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to anti-spam laws.

• No spamming or unsolicited commercial email.
• No distribution of malware or phishing content.
• No attempting to circumvent service limits or security measures.

5. Billing and Payments

HubMail uses usage-based billing. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your use of the Service at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

HUBMAIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
